I got to 10 reps with 47# on my last minute. When going for 11, I could only get 5. Shew! I am so sore!

"Angie" 19:33 I am shaking after 1 hour, still.
100 jumping pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats
I just need to record that I beat Evan flipping the tractor tires for 10 minutes (during our family crossfit day- my brothers, a girlfriend, dad, so there were eyewitnesses). He said he didn't have breakfast- so better have your breakfast! I was two flips away from my 8th lap and he was 1/4 into his.

This was a great workout- b/c I could not finish any set without taking a break.   I felt 'worked out'. :)  I might have done better time, but I made sure that I actually 'pulled up' on the bar during jumping pullups instead of jumping up (calve workout) above the bar, as I have done in the past.  No wonder they were too easy!  Thanks for pointing this out for me DAVID... :)
