Press, Push Press, Push Jerk

From Tues. morning:
3 reps of each:
Press: 45#, 45#, 50# with assistance
Push Press: 65#,65#, 65#
Push Jerk: 65#, 75# dropped it, 75#

Very sore in forearms today! (Wed. morning)

5 rounds of 400m, 30 box jumps (graduated to bigger box), 30 wall balls with #4 (however many # that was)

This wore me out! Amazingly, the 5th round felt better than the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th- probably because I was in a groove- a slow groove, though. Sorry, David, for hitting you as I ran by on the 2nd round. I did not like you very much right then. :)
