Don't let the name fool you! Well, I did get the nickname in high school because my friends thought I was slow to go...slow movin', took my time. And for the most part, I am. Slow and steady wins the race, right? The race of life, that is. However, Crossfit brings out a competitive edge that I did not know I had. So watch out! Turtle's closin' in on ya! Crossfit is so fun! If you haven't tried it, then you should! There is something about the pain that is so good! :)

Hey Emily! This is a log of my workouts. There is some lingo involved, so that may make it confusing, or just learning the names of different exercises. Glad you found it! Crossfit is the name of the method of working out that we do. It is total body as opposed to isolated movements. It is a fun, quick way to get great results!
