Deadlift- Today was busy- a good thing! But because my husband couldn't pay attention to me (boohoo), I did 10 in my 1st set with 95 lbs.- not so bad, but then I did 115 lbs.- 4 reps, when he realized what I was doing (I was not doing 3x3x3x3x3). So then I did 125 lbs.- 3 reps and again with a set of 2 reps. I don't know my reasoning at the end, except that I was trying to hurry while the two Sam's cried. Not the greatest of workout days for me, oh well.So I did 10x4x3x2. What in the world?!
Deck of Death- Got me! Much harder than I anticipated: 33:13! Although, I did have Sam who wanted to sit on my back during pushups, hug me during sit ups, and Sophie who "helped" turn the cards. I'm pretty sure I did it 10 minutes faster last time, although I didn't have the Jokers last time. Whatever! Right? It is a great workout!
